CC No Interior Lights

Hey guys, sorry if im in the wrong area here,i just signed up to find some info/help on our nightmare of a coach. Yesterday i was in our coach with two lights on (bedroom and rear hallway) when both lights went dead with no warning. When i tried to turn them back on i saw every light switch panel is dead,no light up when pushing any switch from front of coach to back on every panel. Ive checked every fuse in front left outside panel, inside rear panel in closet, inside panel by bathroom, and outside panel by house batteries.I also noticed the silverleaf monitor isnt working in the rear either. The cc dealer will not help us,please help!!

1 batterys charged? Lights are 12 volt. Need 12.5 volts min

2 battery switch on? turn it on and off.

3 Check battery connections

3 Check the 2 reverspolarity fuses on the converter (40 amps each)

4 Are you plugged into shore power?

5 converter on?

Batteries are good, coach is plugged into shore power, battery disconnect switch turns on and off and i tested power across both posts on relay, inverter is on and working..im stupmed! I have no clue how and what module to test from here. We had this same issue 2 years ago in bedroom slide where no lights would work and buttons wouldnt light up,dealer charged us $4k to fix it and never told us what they actually did.

On my '09 Magna I have a set of reset switches for the Silverleaf system in the closet, plus a couple switches that shut down the system. One just inside the door and one in the switch panel over the bed. No idea how yours is set up though

Tried the switch by entry door, thats the master disconnect switch. And there are 2 switches in the rear closet by the fuses that say "bedroom/livingroom" these bypass power directly to the bedroom and livingroom lights and both areas light up but only turn on with those bypass switches, still no other lights work.

It would help all of us if you would fill in your rig info in the signature line. I looked at your profile info but putting it in you sig line is helpful

Thank you! Hopefully someone on here has an idea of what to test, these coaches seem to be a 4-5k minimum every time it goes into a repair facility and we've spent 30k on repairs already..

I would suggest calling Kevin Waite, Premier RV in Junction City OR, or OMC in Eugene OR. From what I think you're saying, it sounds as if you're having issues with your intellitec system. If your lights do illuminate when you bypass the system via the panel in the closet, you're likely having an issue with that system. There are several power panels throughout your coach (check your manuals) but I can't recall if they have fuses located there or not. I have the same coach as you do.

Thanks, ive talked with premier and they are last option as they have cost us alot of $$ since selling us the coach and not disclosing all of the issues.Plus they wont help over the phone when you can finally get someone on the phone. I dont think i will ever recommend or own another one of these machines after the experience we've had!

Just so everyone out there knows, i spoke with a gentleman at oregon motor coach about the issue and he has to be the friendliest person ive ever spoken to in service! he took his time to explain in detail what i should look for and told me to call back if i needed anymore help. Anyone needing service should go to omc!
Thanks for the referral also.
