We were at CC 2 weeks ago looking at a 2006, 40' Inspire with 3 slides. It is at the CC plant in Junction City. It is on their website and the coach is in excellent condition. They had 16 gorgeous coaches in the enclosed and lighted warehouse form the entry level Inspire. They had Allures, Intrigue, Magma and Affinity.
Contact David Hyde @ Country Coach. 1 541 234 2167 Mon thru Fri 8:00 to 4:30 PST.
We chose to purchase another Inspire from a private party with in a couple of miles from the CC Factory with a different seating and dining arrangement.
Check our their website and give David a call.

How did they have them priced? Did they seem to be willing to negotiate? From what I saw on their website, it seemed they had pretty high expectations in terms of their pricing.

The Inspire had 48,000 miles on it, 2012 tires and the price was $99,000.00.
I paid $105,000.00 for the one I just purchased with 4 brand new tires.
The larger coaches were out of my league so didn't get into prices.

Most of their coaches are on consignment, so the prices are negotiable, and depend on what the owner is willing to accept. Generally, if a coach sits a long time, it's priced too high. They have one coach that has been up there over two years.

They have a 40' Allure (same year as mine) listed for nearly $50K more than I paid last year for my 42' with more options. It looks nice but that really seems out of wack.

Perhaps this means values are coming back. Probably not though. If I'm not mistaken, aren't these consignment units at CC? If so the sellers, not CC, set the price. These sellers might not be motivated enough yet.
