Ceiling shroud covering A/C units

In my 2006 CC Intrigue I want to remove and clean the A/C filters. However, they are buried above the shroud in the ceiling and not very accessible but I can see the filter an arms length away and only have 3 inches of clearance to work with.
Do the shroud panels come down? No screws are visible so i think the panel is held up by hidden plastic clips.

On my 08 magna they are held with the same black latches found on the closets. Carefully get your fingers under an edge and pull down exposing the ceiling and ac unit.

AC filters

On mine you carefully pry the side pieces of wood with a screwdriver. They are held on by clips that release as you pry the wood down. You must be sure that you are trying to remove the correct panel. Once the wood pieces are removed there are 2 bolts (one on each side) Remove them. Then the whole panel is held by velcro and one end has a lip that needs to come out after dropping the end that doesn't. This sounds kind of confusing and I guess that every tech that was building these used whatever their preference was for securing so it may be different on your coach. When you do get to your filter then just wash it out with warm water and soap and then rinse real well and dry.

I have a 2006 Intrigue. #12055

I also have a 06 Intrigue, with no apparent access to the ac filters. There is no wood on mine. A large sheet of plastic covers the ducts and the filters. I am unable to find any way to remove the plastic. Any ideas?

I had my 3 A/C filters replaced on my '08 CC Intrigue at CC in Junction City Ore. no worries that way . $115.00 for parts and labor , they have a great service center there .
