Dumb question -- how do you open/get to the bulbs in the ceiling fixtures? I'm referring to the halogen lights with the lens over them.

Dumb answer: twist the outer ring counter clockwise and it will come off.

i'm sure you know this but make sure you don't touch the bulb with your bare hands when installing them into the fixture! jim
