When you go to an automobile dealer, even for something as minor as an oil change you will get a phone call asking if everything was done OK. Take your six-figure motorhome to Country Coach and they simply don't give a hoot.
The experience starts at the rundown building they call their Customer Care Center. Regardless if you have a reservation for service, you don't have a place to park. Becasue they don't know what coaches will be completed, yuou have to wait to see if a spot opens up.
When you do get a place to park, it's across the street in a parking lot literaly yards from the main railroad line running down the Pacific Coast. All night long the crossing gates open, a train goes by and the gates closes.
Some time in the afternoon your coach comes back. Is it ready? Well they don't tell you. You have to track someone down to find out. Forget that you had plans. Forget that they told you it would be ready and if you're looking for anyone to show any sign of caring about you, forget it, you're at Country Coach.
So you finaly get it back. Not so fast there! It won't be right and the work won't be complete.
They make a great coach but do not give a hoot about you after you bought it.
I even mailed the CEO about my ten day experience at his facility and no one from Country Coach ever responded. Like I said, they simply don't care.
