Country Coach TAG Axle Problem

My '07 Intrigue has 32K miles; the right TAG tire is completely bald, while all the others are in good shape. I'm not going to buy a new one until I get the problem fixed; the left tire raises normallly, but the right one does not come up far enough, hence the excessive wear. I'm told by the owner of the tire shop that this problem is very common among other coaches of this make and model, and there exists a "kit" to remedy the problem. Does anyone else have this problem, and/or have any knowledge of where such a kit may be procured?
