Thanks, Mike. 2 more questions for you as I’m about to follow your lead. 1) Did you have the dash A/C turned on (on either Norm or Max AC) and the blower on high when you added the 134? 2) Did you have the engine on and running when you added the 134?

Yes David engine running ac on and at max. I got the 134 with hose and gauge it will only push onto one port. Follow directions on the can shaking and rotating.
Release the trigger on can every so often then watch gauge on can when compressor is coming on and off. Mine took 2.5 cans.
Just went to Vt. and the temp was in the 90s and dash air was freezing cold.
Next my roof top airs.

Also the hose and gauge are re useable so you can purchase just the 134 can without the hose and gauge if you need more than one can

Maybe this will help!
About a month ago I had the local Cat dealer recharge my air conditioning and they said the total capacity is 5 lbs of refrigerant.

Just did my front roof top today for a experiment.
It’s 20 years old seems to be blowing colder
