Check your manual for the front zone fuse and check that it's OK.

(Assuming it was working, and visible before, and that it recently stopped showing?)

And if you can include your model, sometimes info can be model specific, so it would help others help you.

Finally - Welcome!! And best of luck,
Smitty

Please post the fix on yours. My 05 Inspire has same problem buts it's rear furnace. All others in both zones are "sensed."

No luck on mine either. But then I haven't had a lot of time to fool with it. Had a tech tell me to pull the covers off the ac and heat pumps & check the dip switches. I swapped control boards with the other unit & that's not it, good ground & good 12volt. Luckily I won't need it for some time so no hurry.

The phone wires are not wired like a phone, they are backwards.

I am having the same issue in my 2008 National Pacifica. I don't think it is the dip switch since it suddenly disappeared from the options. I tried reseting its DC breaker with no luck. I looked in the outside access and could not find a fuse or breaker. There is a switch labeled OFF and RESET, and I tried both positions. I did the Duo Therm reset "FF" but it didn't change anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Duo Therm 5 button controller. Zone 1 shows furnace, Zone 2 doesn't anymore.

Try this:

SYSTEM RESET
After setting the dip switches in the electronic control
kit, do a system reset.
1. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.
2. Simultaneously depress and hold the MODE and
ZONE push-buttons while turning the ON/OFF switch
to "ON". FF should appear in LCD display until the
mode and zone push-buttons are released.
3. When a dip switch is turned on after initial configuration,
a system reset will need to be done before the
Comfort Control Center will recognize the updated
selection.

Ray, Thanks.

I already did the reset and it showed the "FF".

I feel there is a breaker or fuse I am missing, or the "Reset" switch next to the furnace might be malfunctioning.
