Yes the maximum boost I get is around 10 lbs. Should be around 25 (I think ?) Very short of power pulling grades or accelerating up a freeway entrance ramp. On mine the crack is visible where the right hand tank was welded to the cooling fins. I removed the grill and attempted to JB Weld a brass patch on to repair the crack. Worked great for a few miles; Produced 18 to 20 psi of boost and then let out a spectacular "whoosh" dislodging the patch. But boy oh boy did that coach have spunk for those few miles!! I could have it welded but I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and replace it. This coach is new to us and I expect to put a few grand and lots of hours into it each season.

At the risk of hijacking my own thread; where did CC get the Dynomax chassis built after 99 ?
It was built in house by CC
