EMS amps display

Trying to figure out the display on the EMS in the Allure. It is similar to the system I had in the Journey. I get no amps on the display when connected to shore power (I have 50 amp service). On the Journey, the EMS would display the amps being pulled whenever the genset was running or if I was connected to shore power less than 50 amp.

I am not seeing anything on the display when the genset is running.

I had the same problem, my board was dead no lights so I ordered a new one. Everything works great now.

All the other LED's on the display work just not the large display that shows amp draw. Did you have same scenario?

No, my was 100% dead on the display. That part of yours may be dead. It must have something to do with that board.

After additional observation, it is apparently working fine. According to the manual, the 'load meter' only displays amp draw when you are connected to a power source less than 50 amps. If you are on 50 amp shore power or genset, there is no display on the load meter since the EMS is not shedding any loads. I did quickly attach the shore line to a 20 amp outlet, and indeed the load meter works (not for long since the 20 amp breaker tripped very quickly).

Still learning this new beast.
