Angry Entry door leak

I am having a problem with water leaking in over the entry door. It looks like there maybe a gasket of some sort that is up right on the top of the door. Perhaps it needs a new insert???any one else having/had such a problem? This is a 1995 Intrigue #10137 thanks for any help you can offer.

We have a new to us 2006 Country Coach Intrigue that leaks from over the entry door down to the steps . . . we are heading up to Country Coach in June for a few other things. They told us that the seal probably needs to be replaced and shouldn't be a big deal. The previous owner must not have noticed the RUST under the carpet covering the stairs and the damp carpet right above the stairs towards the front of the coach!

Yes, I get rainwater leaking inside the door itself from the top down to the bottom of the door and exiting onto the doorway sill.

The result is rusty looking paint at the outside bottom forward corner of the door.

Recently, I plugged a small hole in the top of the door with sealant. I am not sure that is a correct fix, but saw no point in repainting the damaged area with water still pooling behind that area inside the door.

We did the same thing . . . found a small hole at the top of the door and plugged it, but water is still pooling. Hopefully our rainy season is over . . . I see that you are in the Sacramento area as well. Was summer going to start ever?! I will post the solution we find at Country Coach next month!

So, they haven't found the source of the leak yet, but have found dry rot on wall board on the forward side of the door . . . also serious rust on bottom inside step. Don't let the leak continue or you too can replace wood due to dry rot. They are also treating the entire frame as it too, is rusted.
