Exhaust pipe replacement - 2006, Cat 9

My exhaust pipe is badly rusted, with holes. I'm quite sure it is 5" pipe, but the OD measures 4. It looks like a DIY project, but before I start buying parts, I sure would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. I have a 2006 CC Inspire with a Cat 9 diesel.

I only replaced the exhaust tip and some clamps on my Inspire but here are two links that were helpful.
