Frig replacement 2006 Intrigue

Has anyone replaced the frig in a Country Coach? We're considering the Samsung RF197 but are wondering about measurments (currently there's a Norcold in there, and I know we'll loose the drawers down below the current frig) and also about batteries. Do we need Lifeline Batteries? Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We did this on our CC ('06 Allure) and it was one of the best upgrades we ever made.

I have a blog post about it at An RV Life | Residential Refrigerator Upgrade .

I actually mentioned your refer upgrade to OMC . . . we are making the trek there today to get a refer replaced. Of course, coincidentally, when I turned on the Norcold yesterday, it got cold rapidly in both freezer and frig even though we're close to 100 degrees here during the day. It must know its days are numbered!! We're leaning towards the Samsung 217.
