Good Mechanics near Tampa, FL

Hey all,

I am getting ready to pick up a 2008 CC Allure from Lazydays.

I don't actually need the coach until early January, so I was considering bringing it to a local shop to have it "gone through" and possibly the PTO correction.

I am not near the coach so won't know for sure if it's needed until I can get there early December.

Does anyone have a good chassis/Cummins place that they trust?

Second Josams in Orlando. Stay far, far away from Fountain RV in Lakeland.

Thanks. Closed the deal this past week so I will definitely need someone to check out the PTO issue.

For PTO

Go to Cummins (assuming this is your diesel). Ask the SM to have the mechanic show you how to check the PTO annually. This is an easy check, 20 mins MOL. Alternatively, get the PTO checked with your annual service. Don't take your chassis work to a RV shop.
