Smile Gross combination weight rating (GCWR)

I am in the process of selling my 2000 Country Coach Allure and I have a interested party that wants to know the GCWR? I have the GVWR but apparently the GCWR includes the towing capacity contents and weight as well. I am not able to find it in my literature. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you look on the tag on the medicine cabinet door? Your listing might be in the closet depending on model.

My old rig did not have a published GCWR.

The final manufacturer (Country Coach) is the source.

They could not supply one for me in 2005.

Gillig Bus estimated the number very low. Lower than the hitch rating CC installed.

Manufacturers weight sheet should have the info your after, either listed as GCWR or Tow Weight Rating ,and of course they do a good gob of hiding the sheet. But when you do find it it'll look like the one in the photo below.

GCWR is the total weight of the MH and trailer including all supplies, options, people, etc.

You can tow the GCWR number as long as the GVWR is not exceeded.

You can carry the GVWR number as long as neither of the front or rear GAWR is exceeded.

Country Coach should be able to give you the numbers for your coach. If they are unable to the chassis manufacturer should have the number.

Somewhere in my reading (cannot find it now) I read that either of the manufacturers of an incomplete unit can set the GVWR or GCWR. I expect this is more to do when frames are extended or widened than a coach built on a frame that is not altered.
