Talking Ground wires location

2006 Allure 430.
Is there a central location for the ground wires, like a grounding bar/block for the 12 volt system? If so where is it located? Our book speaks of wires running from the ground BAR. We do not have the electrical schematics for the coach and
I am trying to check for a loose ground.

Look under the driver seat basement (if this year Allure is the same as ours), and look in the battery compartment. Follow the black wire off of the battery, and see the junction it attaches too...

Just a SWAG on my part, so will read back to see what others add.
Best,
Smitty

Over the past 10 years, I seem to remember that I have found several ground bars in nooks and crannies on our old rig.

If you are trying to find a loose ground that pertains to a certain circuit the offending connection could be near that circuit's ground bar.

I do not know, but I suspect there could be one central primary ground bar to which the peripheral bars connect.

On our rig the chassis bar could be in the basement compartment below the driver or the domestic in the 12v utility bay in the basement under the passenger seat.

The schematics for our rig indicate only a that connection to ground exists, not where it is connected.

As said, there are numerous ground lugs in the coach. Depending on what system you suspect of a bad ground would determine where the ground would be. Seeing as how you don't have schematics, it would be wise to contact one of the CC techs that are available. If you want some names, PM me. It would help if we knew where you are located.
