Ford is usually pretty good about stamping their parts numbers on everything they have. On my Winnebago I have Ford taillight assemblies. The part number is stamped on the side of the light housing and it says Ford. I think the tail lights are from a Crown Vic. A lot of motorhomes use Ford E-Sereis van taillight assemblies.

If you can't see a number that is prefixed by letters with a number sequence on the face of the headlamp, remove the unit and look on the body. Just about any parts counter should be able to get you a new headlamp assembly.
