Get under it and look...
Cycle your leveler, set to level then back to drive.
Next fire up the engine and see if it rises, if no movement then you may have issue with the controls for the air springs.
Next, measure from the ground to the wheel well on all 4 corners, the opposite sides should be the same, both front should be same and the rears should be the same.
If this is all well, then shut down the engine and slide under the coach, check each shock absorber, there are some foks who have had the mounts break off due to an over-reaching suspension travel.
The shock slows down the action a little, a broken shock mount combined with a not correct air spring adjustment would give this kind of action.
Others here can give closer measurements to confirm if your ride height is close, you may be riding a little too low as well.
