HELP with fast idle

I have a 1995 CC concept with the detroit 8v92 and I know it has a switch on it somewhere for a fast idle when Ideling for extended periods of time, but I can't seem to find it. I have looked at all the switches on the left side of drivers seat and I can't see any thing that says anything like "fast idle". The seller made it run at fast idle when I was looking at this rig, and the books mention the switch but don't mention where to find it. It is probably ready to bit me like a snake but I need help finding it and what it's labeled as. Thanks

My fast idle is via using the Cruise control. Turn the engine on, set the cruise rpm at 900, it will creep up to 1,000. Fast idle.

Same here, use cruise to increase and decrease.

Yes, turn the cruise on, take the engine to whatever fast idle speed you want, and set the cruise.
