Problem solved, I took faucet apart and found the valve cartridge broken. It a price pfister and the bad news is in my town of 12k people the part could not be found, the good news is I found out price pfister has a lifetime warranty so hats off to price pfister for shipping me the part for free on my 20 year old faucet, they even paid shipping! They will get my business from now on!

If you have an air compressor (or vacuum cleaner you can reverse the flow, or an electric blower) insert into the pipe after you've removed the shower head. Maybe you can clear something with reversed air flow.

In a perfect world, you would dis-connect the supply line from the pump and try to feel air pressure (after duct-taping both sink faucets to reduce blow-by)
