check ground connection for charger if connection at isolator, center point is alternator, mounted to wood, so need to go to steel to ground

If using battery minders no Y needed, they are okay to leave hot

If adding plugs slave from different one or add one, plate comes off under coach below ac load center, vents out, cover off and easy to get conduit from panel outside.

New breaker and set

still learning

Voltage indicators for both banks started to work on its own. Very scary I decided to pick up 50 gals of fuel and checked the batterys along the way and all seems to be working again. I did get battery minders now to get them installed. I have been watching the batteries no boil yet hope it stays that way. Winter is upon us I hope i can bblow the water system. I think i can just connect at the external water hookup and blow air through system. I would like one more trip before the snow flies so i'm dragging my feet. Any advice on winterizing or tips i'm all ears.
Thanks again
Marc

there are low point drain at both ends

In bedroom floor panel lifts opposite of connection

In kitchen remove bottom drawer, twist arm in and down to floor, and two fawcets there too.

If using air, charge to only about 40 psi then open drains this will better purge the pressure tank, repeat until no water comes out.

Cracked water tank

Cracked water tank64076]I've had a 94 Affinity since 99 and have put over 100K miles on it. Have lots of prints and info if anyone needs help.[/QUOTE]

Just purchased a 1996 affinity with 48000 miles for $31000, have manuals from Country Couch and Gillig. Coach was build in 1995. Working to restore her to a very good condition. My big problem now is, watertank has a crack in the bottom.
very hard to get to, rv repair shops claim over a 10 hr job to get the tank out plus the welding time. Any experiance in that area? Any help is greatley appriciated, thanks Tom
Love the Coach

It is still a very comfortable coach and is starting to get some questions when we stop. I would be happy to try to help with information about this older coach. I am no tech but can read and copy information.
I have a 1986 Country Camper (Coach). I need fuel lines diagram. Could you also help me with location of fuel pump fuse relay and fuel pump shut-off switch? Thousand thanks.

New 1996 affinity

Just purchased a 1996 40' Affinity, Cat 3176B with only 48000 miles.
I am working hard and long hrs to fix little things like; engine airconditioning added refrigerant $50 works good. Heater cable sticking, ree routed. Cooling system had 3 leacks, One bolt on the engine was loose and only leaked when the engine was cooled down.
Jobs to do
Inverter not working
HWH is not leveling on port side
Change all coolant that is green to SCA precharged
Ceiling fans not working, no power to the motors
And the list will go on and on I think

The coach came with new Geostar Chinese tires 11r 22.5 don't know much about them Hope they are safe

I have Gilig manual and CC manual happy to share all information
Very nice motorhome for the price and it drives Excellent.

Hope to use the couch to get away from Florida heat in the summer

For HWH, find the valve assembly, it will have many connections, most are plug in, also may have blade type fuses.

Wiggle or reseat the connectors and it may work.

May also need to tap the selenoids

My Country Coach

I own a 1992 Country Coach Affinity and love it. I believe they were 20 yrs. ahead of the times. I only wish it had some slides on it. I drive it about 60 to 65 miles an hour and get 9 miles to the gallon. It's 40 ft. In length and has the 325 hp cat in it.

1993 CC Magna, 300hp on Gillig Chassis, 36'. We purchased two days ago. Spent the last 6 months looking at so many different rigs and finally found this beauty, we are very impressed with the build quality, ride and style. Loving our 93.

Can't wait to get travelin'.
