Go to the heating compartment and look at the control panel where the LED is located. Read it and find that symbol on the attached plate/description.

If all is normal, and if you are getting heat but the furnace sounds normal, then I don't have a clue...but make sure that the furnace sounds like a furnace.

This is a new one to me. Are sure the beeping is the furnace?

Hurricane Heater on 2003 Intrigue

When the furnace shuts down from a default within the system you will get one solid beep that comes from the on/off switch main control box. After the system resets it will fire back up. Had this issue when the photo eye started going bad. Didnít do it all the time, and took some time to diagnose.

Our 2003 Intrigue with Hurricane XL45 beeps a solid tone after three faults (failure to ignite). Other than that, there's no other beep we've hear in the past 15 years we've had our coach. Love the system, but regular annual "tune-ups" are a good idea. Safe travels.

I should mention that ours requires a manual reset after the solid beep occurs.

Thanks! Had it at the factory last May in Junction City and they tuned it up including filters and oil. The beep is a series of short beeps. My wife pointed out that it also sounded like a washing machine with water swooshing around.

I donít see any codes. Just shows on and operating. Also, it seems to cycle and sounds like liquid moving around. Wife thought I had the washer going!

LIQUID?? Do you have a "constant hot water" switch that is turned ON? If so, turn it off and listen for a change.

I don't know, but if that switch is ON there might be a valve that's closed that prevents water flow and the beeping is telling you that? Just spit-balling here.

If the unit goes into default, it will beep once and the red light will come on. It does not continue to beep

That's the mystery, because the OP says it (heater) is working well.
