HWH Question.....
I notice that when the HWH leveling is done, and I put a level on the floor or counter, the level doesn't show the coach as level. Does the HWH system need to be adjusted at times?

When you posted HWH leveling, I thought you were levelling your Hot Water Heater......even though there's no such thing as a Hot Water Heater......it's just a Water Heater to make the water hot.

It would be helpful to know more about your coach...year, model, air vs hydraulic leveling.
Mine has air only leveling and when mine reaches 'level' it is still not perfectly level based on a level placed on the floor. It is close.
I talked to my CC expert, Kevin Waite, and he said there is an adjustment in the control box in the compartment under the driver's window. He also cautioned that it is very, very sensitive and tweaking is a touchy affair. That is for my particular coach. I am satisfied that it is level enough so I am leaving it alone.

"there's no such thing as a Hot Water Heater.....it's a Water Heater"..
....I beg to disagree sir. There is and it's called a "Steam Boiler". It takes hot water and moves it to the next level, steam.....and no it's not a "Hot Water Heater" it's a "Cold Water Heater"...

Not sure on your coach but mine has the sensor in the center between the frame rails and the center of the coach front to rear. There is a panel that when removed exposes the round cup that has three spring screws that you adjust for the level. You must be on a level pad when doing this or it ain't gonna work . I have never taken it apart but it may be the old style mercury switch configuration. Very common for electrical connections that required a level start point, (old house thermostats).
Every once in a while it will not set perfectly level and I need to play with it a bit. Not a big enough inconvenience to mess with the adjustment.

Yup--what "Burfman" said.....circa 2003 and earlier used the aforementioned remote leveling sensor [usually located amid-ships] to judge degree of level. There are three adjustment screws but never tried to adjust the sensor. Newer models of HWH systems have the sensor built into the main HWH control box--different procedures for accessing and adjusting that sensor.

There is a procedure to calibrate the system at the HWH website. I had Premier RV adjust mine when I was there for other reasons rather than doing it myself (you need a level parking place in order to do this correctly)

Put the coach info on the "signature", but guess it didn't save. Thanks.

HWH Question.....
I adjust mine a couple times a year if it needs adjusting. More often if I think it's out of level. When my bathroom door swings or if the water in the shower pools in a corner, I use a level and adjust the HWH control panel levelling plate. I level the coach manually watching the level and then go outside and adjust the HWH until the lights go out indicating level. The adjusting procedure should be in the manual.
