HWH slide out no work

I have a single slide wont go in or out. Pump does no run not even a clicking noise to be heard. I tried the trouble shooting guide that is on line but no luck. I have power from the slide room key. My extend/retract switch has power on the middle two contacts. If I flip the switch while using a test light to ground and touching either the top or bottom contact and press switch the test light will light for a milli second and that's it. I have power at the pump and pressing the switch in either direction cuts the power to pump. I installed a new switch and it does the same thing.

Mike , do you have power to the pump motor or to the relay on the pump motor ?
The reason I ask is a few years back , I had a similar issue with my , HWH levelers, control pad would light up and then die when I pushed any buttons. Traced back to a defective " waterproof " inline fuse holder, corrosion was so bad , the fuse would pass enough power to light up the control pad but wouldn't pass enough power to activate the relay. If you're loosing power when you flip a switch , I'm thinking bad connection in the power wiring.
Picture is of the defective fuse and holder.

I have power to the battery side of the relay. If I put a test light on it and someone pushes the retract or extend the test light goes out. Release the switch to the center position the test light comes back on. Took a wire from hot side of relay and touched red wire at pump same thing loose test light. Took wire from my generator battery touch same pump wire and it runs.

You're going to have to trace the power wire to the relay , you've got a bad connection somewhere. It'll pass volts to light the light , but no amps to run the motor.
