On my 93 Magna it is in an outside compartment on the front drivers' corner.

On our '04 Inspire it is located in the #1 Left basement door in a grey metal box. This is in fromt of the tire below the driver's feet. A little awkward to get to the fuses but you can.

On my 95 Magna,

The chassis fuses are in the basement compartment forward of driver side front wheel.

The house 12v fuses are accessed through a panel in the basement compartment just behind the front wheels. They and the inverter sit between the front furnace and the hot water heater.
