Hi to all you happy Country Coach owners! I'm new to the irv2 forums and now the CC forum. I have a much loved, older (1999) CC Allure. This is the 7th motorhome we've owned, and I think it'll be the last, for us, it's perfect. Thank You for having a forum for Country Coachers.

Can you give us some more details? Do you get no power at all or is it tripping the breaker ahead of power cord or tripping a breaker in coach?

Going to be leaving the Country Coach groups. Have found girlfriend that does not care for the motorhome life. So me, the cat are going to move into Key West and list my 2007 Allure for sale. Also have some back surgery. Learned a lot from this group and IV2 forums. Will look in once in a while to see whats going on after the coach is sold.

Don, so sorry to hear you will not be staying in the rving lifestyle. If you feel withdrawals, check in and you will feel a lot better. Good luck in selling the coach.

Electrical problems-Country Coach Intrigue

We have 130 volts at the pedestal. According to our surge protector, we're pulling approx. 10 amps. Everything is shut off in the motorhome, except parasitic loads, TVs, refrigerator, & basement freezer. The silverleaf board inside the motorhome shows we only have 85 volts. The lights dim in the refrigerator and other low power indicators. We plugged another all electric motorhome into the same pedestal, and had no troubles.
Thanks for any help you can give.

You are experiencing a problem with resistance in the main feeder circuit on the coach. It is probably a loose connection of the power cord, transfer switch, junction box, or main breakers. Plug the coach in and have resistive loads only turned on. Start at the power cord plugged into the pedestal and read the voltage. You should have a good 120 volts there. If not it is in the pedestal but since another coach worked fine on it I doubt it is the problem. Continue to work your way back toward the main distribution panel and check voltages at the other end of the power cord in a junction box or transfer switch. When you find a low voltage reading, you have found the culprit between there and the last place you checked. Good luck and keep us posted.

Carter, welcome to iRV2.com and to the Country Coach Owners forum. We are glad to have you join us. Aqua Hot is the parent company and you should give them a call about your Hydro-Hot. They can provide you with parts and information on repairs. Good luck and keep us posted as to how you do with this issue.

Country Coach forum

I would like to join the Country Coach forum. I have a 2008 42' Intrique and I am excited to share my CC issues with you. I picked up my coach at the factory in August 2007 and it has taken me a year and a half to work all the bugs that seemed to come with a new coach.
