kitchen pullout facucet replacement

On our '06 Allure the one piece kitchenn faucet pullout broke (plastic portion) when something hit it from above; it broke near the connection to the pull-out hose.
Does anyone know the make & model number and a source for just this part? I'd like to not have to replace the entire fixture if possible.
Thanks!

Our model was in the Coach Documentation. I was able to find a replacement sprayer by searching on the internet. Since ours was 14 yrs old, the part number had changed but the replacement is a great match. It was a Moen.

I don't own a CC nor could I afford one but when I first purchased our used 2002 Monaco Windsor PBT, the kitchen faucet was covered with hard water deposits besides other stuff. It was also not what I would consider a long term faucet nor something that I wanted to continue to use. So I went to Lowe's and purchased a replacement single lever faucet with a removable center unit spray handle. It went in with no problems other than it took 2 people, one holding the faucet on top and the other underneath fastening the faucet to the counter. It is made by Moen and it is NOT plastic, all metal which will last a heck of a lot longer than any of those plastic things.

It's been there since January of 2003 and has given great service and still going strong. I clean it occasionally with CLR to remove any calcium deposits both on the outside which is chrome and the spray head where most of the deposits build up.
