I spoke with Colton Truck. They just replace the O-rings in these things there's no need to buy a new one unless something fails besides the O-rings.

Final report: As far as I can see the leakage from the solenoids only occurs if you activate the air purge when the leveling system is on. With the coach is in travel mode the solenoids activate and air purges out of the open manual valve. As soon as you lift your finger off the switch, everything shuts off, no leakage out of the solenoids or the manual valve as far as I can see. I had indeed unusually hit the purge valve while the leveling system was on when all this began, which I don't think I've ever done before. If you do that, air continues to shoot out of the purge valve endlessly and the coach will sink. I think I can see what happens: when you're in travel mode the airbag ride height valve system is essentially a closed system. When the leveling system is activated, the HWH leveling six packs take over and it's no longer a static closed system. The leveling system and the pump are shooting air into the system some of which gets to a purge solenoid which is not meant to be getting that air. Basically the way mine is set up it's not meant to have the purge system operated when the leveling system is on which of course makes perfect sense.
