Popping Noise

Check your anti sway bar mounting bracket. If it's cracked that will cause intermittent popping.

after tightening the bolts several times to eliminate the "popping" noise, I put lock nuts on sway bar bushings. All is well now.

Going from memory here, but if you look at the front end underneath, from behind the the front tire (looking forward), you'll see a U shaped bare running from one side of the coach to the other side and attaching right next to the shocks. You'll see rubber boots on each rod-end with bolts/nuts (about 9/16-5/8" size nu) on both ends of the rod. Those nuts kept coming loose after about 2k miles. I put a second nut (a locknut type) on top of the original nut. No problems for 15K miles.

Popping Noise

Also don't forget to look at the anti sway bar mounting bracket. I had one break and it caused an inconsistent popping noise.

Finally figured out the problem. Had TV upgrade last spring. The overhead display and control panels were not tightened up all the way. The shuffling noise stopped when I tightened the screws to the panels

that popping sound is likely after you have parked? The first fifty miles you will hear a pop under the floor. With our unit I am positive it is from stones leaving the front tires...drove me nuts the first 5k miles. Figured it out and clear sailing.

Popping Noise

As has been previously stated, I would suspect the anti sway bar mounting bracket.
check it closely.

Anti sway bar is fine but took advantage of the opportunity and greased the front end...good to do that once in a while.
