Good luck! Hope it works out. These coaches are really well done.

We'll be south of here by Friday.

Best,

Just talked with Louie, not a bad deal but still need to work out the details. We're upside down on ours and will need to buy out the contract so that needs to be worked out with them. But, it's just money!
We'll have to get down there on Friday to do a thorough look over and paperwork
BTW: my daughter and brood live in Sequim on McLo (sp?) blvd. Their last name is Rothganger, can't say what he does (would break the forum rules) but it's RV related.

Well, headed down to take another LONG look in the morning. We only had an hour or so to look last week so now we need to do a more in depth look. DW has to buy in to the floorplan as it's not her favorite and there are lots of unanswered questions as to where stuff can go!
Did get hold of our broker today and cleared some of the money issues on our end. What's going to hurt is the almost $23,000 in sales/use tax on it!

Went and signed the preliminary paperwork today. The VMS shows no codes other than regen and 7.3 mpg on the last trip.
But the owner still has ALL the manuals, he's supposed to ship them back.
Original owner bought a Prevost.

Curious that the prior owner would not have left the manuals in the coach. I would insist on having them before I gave them any money. How did it drive?

Congrats on the coach. If nothing else, get the box of manuals plus the two binders of schematics. With those, you can fix anything

I was disappointed in them as I gave them two days notice that we would be there and it was still inside the building and not able to take it out. That's why I said "preliminary" paperwork.
It doesn't look like it was used much even though it has 47,000 miles, 12.5 Onan shows only 371 hrs, tires are original as are the 4 AGM house batteries so I know those will need changing soon. The cutting board in the galley has never been used, nor even oiled. A couple spills on the inside of cabinets. No leaks underneath (sitting on a concrete slab inside so easy to spot).
Wife is a little disappointed though as there is less galley storage space in this one than our present DSSP and she still wants refer/freezer in the bay like we have now even though the refer is 22 cf and our old one is less than 10 cf.
Now we have to prove we don't need the loan in order to get one on it! We just don't want to give up about half of one of our annuities although being without payments would be nice too.
Company owner says the original owner is to ship the manuals to them. Not sure why they weren't left in the MH.
This really comes at a bad time for us too as we're supposed to head for Phoenix on the 19th and I think that's about when it'll be ready to pick up. Do we delay the trip a couple days or rush to transfer stuff over?

It's really hard to recommend but I think I would really consider postponing the trip without knowing the circumstances.

We'll see, could go to the Good Sam rally with the present rig and do the exchange on the way back too. Just going to have to see how it all comes together or falls apart!

I can only imagine the frustration involved.

We bought from premier in 2013. Bought an 09 magna donatello. Had 18k miles. Now has 50k. isx650. Overhauled the engine after a broken valve, running well again. Its in storage at premier, u might see it. Ontario plate. 6mpg. Goes up hill and against wind better than any other unit!
