Looking at a 2006 CC Magna 630 Rembrandt

We are presently looking at a 2006 CC Magna 630 Rembrandt, 45 foot, 525 HP cat (1650 torque), quad slide. The coach seems in immaculate condition with 45000 miles. It drives and rides like a dream. Has considerable power. I set cruise on 65 and went up a considerable hill with no slow down, although it is empty at this time.

The asking is around $230K to $240K. I believe I can get it for something less from the dealer. They have gone through the coach completely. It has 3 slides in the basement, but older style flat screen TVs. It does have some high end electronics for the year.

Any comments or suggestions on this coach would be appreciated.

Sounds like a great coach. Big though. We have a 42' and there are some times I wish ours was smaller.

I already own the 2012 version and digital 2013 version of Big Rigs Best Bets book. I am anticipating this problem.

Since we will be moving from a 1696 SF S.B. house, we do not want to get claustrophobic as soon as we start.

Good looking coach. CC is on my short list when I upgrade. Someone close to me has an Intrigue 530 and WoW ! She is beautiful. I think the Magna is a step up from the Intrigue.

That's one beautiful Coach. Offer them a lower price and don't blink. Also, stop drooling . It's gives the dealer an upper hand and eventually more money . Seriously. Good luck.

When I looked at your photos I thought I'd seen one just like it somewhere. Nice Look-in Coach!

Actually, yes. I just asked them what the reserve price is. I'll see what they say.

My wife and I are very impressed with the coach. We were looking at new Tiffin Allegro Bus, but we can get more for our money with this and the bugs have already been worked out of it.

Have you done this yet RV Prices, RV Reviews, RV Values, Camper & Trailer Specs, Motorhome Value | NADAguides | NADA RV, Recreational Vehicle Price & Appraisal Guides | NADAguides so you can get a couple of bullets in your gun, I hate dealers of any sorts When looking for a Coach I was not happy with Colton RV.(JUST ME)

I have looked at the NADA link. The average retail is considerably higher than latest ask (we are still negotiating the price). They tell me the wholesale book is about $264K, which actually seems about right when compared to the NADA retail.

I do not see on the link you have supplied where the Wholesale Book Value is located.

The retail is low: $323K approx., average: $390K approx.

I am also not overly impressed with Colton RV. They have an A- rating at the BBB of Buffalo, which is not bad. The salesman in Orchard Park tries hard, but lacks some of the coach specific knowledge he should have. He does say they have service people that will also be available during delivery for specific answers, and he seems to be trying to learn more about this coach.

I was a little put off this weekend with him. During a visit (had an appointment at 1 PM) he was busy with other customers and could not get free until after 3 PM. It gave my wife and I some time to look things over very closely without being bothered, but at the same time we ended up staying much later than we would have preferred talking to him.

He did mention (off the books) to get other estimates for Extended Warranty that what they will give me although that will be negotiable as well.

Thanks for your valuable assistance.
Ted

Be a little cautious about Craig and Colton.......just sayin. And I have absolutely no idea who your salesman is.
