Low water pressure

On my 07 cc inspire 360 davinci the water pressure on 12volt seems really low compared to other coaches I've owned. Is this a common issue, its my first CC, on other coaches I've owned usually the 12 volt is better than being hooked up to city with the 45lb pressure regulator. I understand pump could be weak but before I change it out I was just curious if its a common problem.
Thanks

2007 vintage pump was most likely only a 45psi discharge .....standard classic pump.

2007 vintage pump is over 10 yrs old and could be very weak due to not being used much.

Replace with a newer pump......55psi 4 gpm

How is the water pump pressure output compared to city water connected output? Is it same in all taps/fixtures on the different sources?

If this is a new to you coach it could be something in the system restricting water flow; would be similar with both sources.

Have you replaced the water filter? It's in the back side of the water closet, on the passenger side just ahead of the rear wheel. There are a couple of screws underneath that need to be removed and the door will swing up.

I have replaced filter it made no difference. The pressure an volume are better on city water, I have adjustable regulator set at 60 an it's pretty good. The pump kicks on an off as it pressures up, I hate the way the pumps kick on an off as you run the water, it's like the water lines are to small to run a decent volume with any pressure. On a phaeton I just sold it did the same thing, I put new pump on an it did the same thing, kicked on an off as you showered, or ran water anywhere as the CC does. I think the pumps I've been buying are 3.5 GPM I will look into the 4 GPM 50 lb pressure pump an see what it does. Thanks for all your help.

If the pump keeps shutting on and off it's because it is just keeping up the system pressure. A smaller volume pump will run all the time a large volume pump will run intermittently just like the one you have now. However it may have higher pressure.

Many pumps have a pressure adjustment. Have you tried that?

Did you try adjusting the pump flow setting? On the pumps I am familiar with there is an adjust screw on the pump head. Another thought is mineral deposits in the faucet spout screens. Just a thought.

This. Plus there is a filter on the water pump that might be clogged.

My water pump acts the same way and I live with it. If you want a steady continuous pressure install an accumulator tank.

I have a 2000 CC Intrigue. Guess I'm totally dense but I'm not following your directions for location of the water filter. I'm having essentially the same problem. Pump recently replaced but pressure and flow really low on both city and pump. I swear on a good day I can pee more volume than I'm getting from faucets. Can you clarify a tad please? Thank you.

Pump in my 02 Intrigue is in the bay just forward of the water bay. It's location is behind a access panel that has 4 screws in it. It's very awkward to change so I took mine out and replaced with a solid line. Just use a filter now attached to the city water connection.
