Looks like all questions were answered.

I have had work done by Dave Root where he drove from Bend to Portland during the winter with snow on the pass.

I have had technical advise from Kevin who further sent me on to Butch in Florida for further assistance.

Both guys are first rate and will treat you right

I think the OP is going to be surprised in an unpleasant way on the windows.

The only difference between Affinities and Magna was the type of "frameless" windows...which apparently are a bear to fix/replace for two reasons (I'm told)
  • The entire window assembly can't be easily removed
  • Once it is, the frames have to be repainted to match the surrounding color(s) of the coach.

I hope I'm wrong, but that was one of the primary reasons we avoided the Affinities (that, and the fact that the windows don't "open" nearly as much as the larger, sliding types in the Magnas).

Hope I'm wrong!

Not exactly right!
I did all the windows in my 08 Affinity by Sun Coast Designers in Florida and have a 10-year prorated warranty with the cost of around $5,000.

Have the roof and roof mounted awnings checked, probably need to strip and reseal. That is probably $2000 (very labor intensive). Have a look at the slide out roof seals too.
