Monitor Panel half not working

Help, half of my monitor panel stopped working. If I toggle the switch for my black water, grey water, fresh water, lp gas or water pump, nothing happens. No lights on indicator showing what level they are at. Interesting enough they work when the speech - mute reset toggle switch is pressed. I am having issues with my water pump not working and am wondering if this is part of the problem. Is the panel controlled by some fuses? Half not working is throwing me a bit.

My rig has similar switch arrangement for tankage etc but in a less fancy panel.

Wire 164 from a fuse to that section of the overhead panel appears to make it work.

I think that fuse may be in the house fuse 12v panel.

And the 12v 20A fuse is #404 in my house panel, it appears.

Found the 7.5 amp fuse connected to wire 164 in the schematic, you were correct! The fuse had blown, and there is nothing like a $3.79 fix! Thank you!
