New Back Up Camera Instal

I'm installing a new color rear view monitor system with side view.
Has any one had any luck pulling a new cable (front to rear) with the old cable ? Or should I plan on grafting the new 5 pin aviation connectors to the original cable?

I spliced the new monitor cable and the new camera cable to the old cable that ran through the coach. It felt weird cutting the connectors off of the cable that i had just bought, but it worked out perfectly. there is a post in the Class A section that talks about my replacement.

I would go with John's method. I installed a flexible conduit from the front to the rear of the coach but it was an all day project. In hindsight, it would have been much easier to try using the old cable. Had that not worked well then I could have installed the new conduit. Unfortunately CC did not foresee the need for a conduit or chase along the length of the coach for future upgrades or replacements.
