I apologize if I had the starting date of the Dynomax chassis wrong. I was going off of Damon Rapozo's Country Coach timeline.

AND, I am amazed those air bags ie air springs, even held air!

Not so amazing. Like an auto tire, these bags are multi-ply construction

That's interesting. Did the Gillig chassis CC's typically come with a Detroit? Or maybe that was an option for the Magna, as it was above ours in the product line? How many HP is your Detroit?

I have a weird build date I believe. In the 1998 brochure they list it with a dynomax chassis and a series 40

This is a 1997 brochure and show the gillig chassis and a series 40 option

And my build sheet from CC shows no $$ for engine option

While we are discussing chassis', it is a DynoMax. There is no "a".

Ok Don I just skimmed threw this whole thread real quick and did not see it misspelled. I just did not see why you blurted out on how to spell it that's all.
Kinda like sence we were talking engines I blurt out their is no "g" in cummins when it was never misspelled and even if it was who really cares.

Our 1989 has rope lighting under cabinets and it is great for lighting the floor only for night movement.

Lights under a corian counter make it glow a bit too.

I might need to look into adding something like this. My coach doesn't have much in the way of night lights or mood lighting. I wonder if there is pre-wiring in place for the under-cabinet lights, since it appears they were an option on my year and model coach? I'll have to look into that.

Even if it's not pre wired I'm sure it would not be that hard to do.
We use our toe kick ones for a night light and I like the way the ones around the windows look.
