No heat! (Hydro Hot)

I have a 2006 42' Magna with Hydro Hot. When turned on it provides great hot water. I "believe" its also heating the wet bay as it stays about 36°. I have cold air blowing out of the zone 3 (bedroom) registers. Nothing at all from the zone 1 register (front). There is a red fault light showing for zone 1. The relay for zone 1 is buzzing. I replaced all of the relays while replacing zone 1. The new relay buzzes too. I've tapped on the brass valves. No change in heat. The hoses are not hot. Any ideas?

I don't know what model of hydro hot you have, but if you do a google search for trouble shooting with the model you have it might yield some results. Here is what I found in my search...

Also check in with Roger Berke, he has a good forum, and is very helpful. If you find you need parts, he is good source - as he always tries to recommend the best components available to be used for replacement.

RV Hydronic Heater Repair - Home

Be sure you have your full model number, can find that down by the unit, or probably on the mirror components listings.

Best of luck on your problem, and please close the loop back and tell us what you find to be the problem - that helps others in the future too.

Obviously the hot boiler coolant is not making it past the pumps or the check valves.

Make sure the Zone pumps are running when you call for heat in each Zone. Then also make sure that the check valves are not stuck closed which will not allow the boiler fluid to flow to the radiators.

It takes a substantial hit on the check valves to free them, if stuck.

Thank you for all the responses. I had to get a password reset so this is my first time back in since I posted the original thread.
So I managed to get some of the system running. Banged on the check valves some more. and I also unplugged the pumps and plugged them back in. Sometimes that helps if there is a little corrosion. I'm now getting heat in zone 3, (Bedroom/bathroom). Something is still wrong with zone 1, (Front and galley). Not sure what. The pipes are now hot and the pump is spinning however the relay is still buzzing. If I turn zone one on, zone 3 just shuts off and nothing happens with one at all. So, still troubleshooting.
I did get on Roger Berke's forum and got a response from him. More as I get it and thanks again!
