Has anyone heard anything about the proposed Norcold settlement? A lot of folks I know filed for a settlement and the only thing anyone has heard is the lawyers are going to get paid about $12 million.

Shoot, my wife already spent the money from Norcold, plus some. Now all I have to do is wait for Norcold to send me the three checks and hope it comes close to what she spent!!

The website for the lawyers said they were starting to send initial checks in June. I attempted to call the 877 # they reference and all you get is a computer telling you some useless info. I have been attempting to find out if my claim, as current owner, was ever received. As usual, they seem to be dragging this out till the "injured parties" die or forget. I have not been able to get any information from the published info. site.
I wonder if anyone has received any check?
