Question on coach heat using hydro hot while driving

I have three modes on my hydro hot - diesel, electric and engine heat. Can I turn on engine heat and drive with the heater on AC inverter to keep the coach warm in the morning. I can't find it in the manual and I don't want to use diesel going down the road if the engine will circulate it?

Think your manual will tell you that the engine heat mode is to use the AquaHot to preheat the engine before starting on a cold day. As for heating the interior using engine heat, don't turn on electric or diesel modes. Just turn your thermostat to heat. AquaHot will circulate the fluid and exchangers will heat your coach.

The manuals are available to download on the aquahot site.

So don't turn on any of the green switches and it will heat?

That is correct. The engine heat will warm the hydro hot via a loop. Turn on the thermostat and go. May take a bit for the heat to build up.

Enjoy,
Smitty
