Repairs on my 2006 intrigue

I could really use your advice/input on some repair estimates I am considering for my 2006 intrigue. It had been sitting for a while prior to me buying it last month.

My steering was getting real difficult in slow speed situations with tight turns, but on the road it was fine.

Here are some things that a local truck/bus service shop recommend that I replace.

I did not notice any leaks underneath the coach, but their inspection revealed that the Radiator Fan hydraulic motor is leaking oil. The part to replace will cost $1650, labor is $1440.

They said that the steering gearbox is weak (not sure what that means, will check with them tomorrow) part is $1150, labor is $720

Replace power steering pump (Don't know yet if this is the pump attached to the PTO) $1305, labor is $540

Smaller parts include

replace old tranny oil cooler hoses, $310 for parts, $360 labor, oil cooler hose $185, labor $90,
wiper blades, $52 for the pair, Hydraulic hose $139, Exhaust heater protector wrap, $24, Engine belt tensioner, $169, Engine belt, $93,

The dash A/C was blowing only Hot air, total for testing and fixing high pressure hose $450.

I plan to go in tomorrow morning and make a decision on these things. I would like to hear from those who have had to repair or replace these items.

The fan leak could have caused the fan/steering pump to run dry, causing heavy wear.

I would hold off on the steering box and confirm pressures from the pump before replacing that.

Some of then things sound legit, others sound like a cash cow for the shop.

Here are some things that a local truck/bus service shop recommend that I replace.

I did not notice any leaks underneath the coach, but their inspection revealed that the Radiator Fan hydraulic motor is leaking oil. The part to replace will cost $1650, labor is $1440.

This sounds high for parts and labor

They said that the steering gearbox is weak (not sure what that means, will check with them tomorrow) part is $1150, labor is $720

Don't know how they can determing a gear box is "weak". Sounds like a cash cow.
Replace power steering pump (Don't know yet if this is the pump attached to the PTO) $1305, labor is $540

Here again, how was this determined? It sounds like they are trouble shooting by shotgunning parts without actually knowing what if anything is wrong. Another cash cow.
Smaller parts include

replace old tranny oil cooler hoses, $310 for parts, $360 labor, oil cooler hose $185, labor $90,
wiper blades, $52 for the pair, Hydraulic hose $139, Exhaust heater protector wrap, $24, Engine belt tensioner, $169, Engine belt, $93,

I can't see replacing parts that haven't failed. I would go with replacing the serpentine belt along with the tensioner. I have no idea what a "exhaust heater wrap" is. To much for wiper blades. Had my tensioner replaced for half the price of your quote.
The dash A/C was blowing only Hot air, total for testing and fixing high pressure hose $450.

Sounds like they know where the problem is but what does "fixing the hose" mean?
