Repeat hydronic fluid leak

I have a 99 Country Coach Magna 40 and am experiencing the second leak in 10 months to the hydronic system. It's the same leak. There is a Y connector under the hot water heater for distribution of the heater fluid and it's leaking again! Anyone else out there have this problem and solved it successfully?

What do you mean under the hot water heater? You mean the Atwood hot water heater?

I currently have a 2006 magna but my previous coach was a 99 magna had to tighten the hose clamps on the green hoses at several fittings don't know if it is the hose material or just the metal fatigue due to the heat but it was an issue.
My sister-in-law now owns the coach and she was recently stranded on I 40 because one of the hoses came loose and lost coolant to the point that the engine shut down due to coolant levels being low.

Repeat hydronic fluid leak

Under my Atwood water heater in the closet of the bedroom is a multi joined hydronic hose connection that leaked last fall and came into the bedroom and ruined carpet and took a lot to clean up the greasy liquid. That same place sprung a leak in one of the replacement hoses just recently. The repair facility used some green reinforced hosing which sprung a hairpin hole leak. What a mess again! Apparantly it can't be trusted.....?

I haven't been in there since I replaced the Atwood water heater about 9 years ago. My memory is hazy but I seem to recall all there was was the green hose that connected to one end of the pipe welded to the edge of the Atwood and another green hose coming off the other end of that pipe. I don't remember any other connectors there. I don't think I've had any problems or they would be coolant all over the place at the bottom of the closet. The only Y connector that I recall in the hurricane system is just below the actual hurricane which is in the second-to-last bay under the chassis batteries on my coach. It has hose clamps. I don't have any leaks.
