Yep, that short driveline needs to be aligned very closely or the seal on the Allison will go out.

09 magna shocks

I put new Koni shocks on in Spring on only the front. Perhaps should have put them on all corners? I am still not happy with the ride, way to soft. Yes, I've tightened the adjustment all the way. Has anyone put Road Kings on an 20,000lb front end?

Did you use the SP3 adjustable shocks? I talked with Koni and they were familiar with CC's issue with Koni FSD's and said the SP3's were more stout for our heavy coaches. My front axle weight is 14,200 so perhaps with your 20K rating, Koni might not have one sufficient for you. Although I've seen Koni shocks on diesel locomotives.... maybe a pair of those will do
