Safety-T-Plus for Neway IFS's

Follow on from another recent thread on this product.

The short of it? Currently no Safety-T-Plus is available for my era coach with the Neway IFS.

I have a 2004 40' Allure, again with Neway IFS.

Talking with them, they said they'd love to get a coach like mine into their shop to look over, take come measurements with their Lead Tech, and see if they can come up with a bracket system that will work with the Neway in this application.

I'm in the Southwest at this time. And suspect it would not be until August or September at the earliest before I could make it their place near Atlanta, GA.

But, I suspect a 2003-2004 Allure with IFS would work. (Not sure about 2002, but my buddy has the 2003, and it is the same as our 2004. Pretty sure the changes in 2005 used different Neway IFS's - but admit I'm not sure.)

SO - If anyone with a 2003-2004 Allure (And probably the Intrigue too?), with Neway IFS is going to be in the Atlanta region earlier... It would be great if you could let them examine your coach to see what they can come up with!! (Good chance they would not be able to actually install anything at that time, but perhaps come up with a design for bracket and get a kit available for all of us in the future!).

Safe T Plus Steering Control / RV & Truck Steering Stabilizer

Mostly info sharing, but also fingers crossed that someone closer with interest for a Safety-T-Plus might be able to get the ball rolling faster!

Best to all,
Smitty

Thanks, Smitty. I've been wondering if they had the right mount for mine, too, but didn't really get any joy on-line.

Would never hurt to call them and ask about your coach and front IFS Neway, Ridwell, other(?) IFS.

My friend with his 2003 40' Allure, is going to be in Houston in July - I'm trying to 'nudge' him to go show his wife and grandkids the Atlanta area!

Still hoping someone else in the region with similar Allure or Intrigue would have an interest too - never hurts to hope!

Best to you, and all,
Smitty

I know it's not the same product, but when I was looking for a similar solution last summer Henderson's Line-up in Grants Pass, OR suggested a Steer Safe model that's made for Neway IFS "up to 2004." I went for it. I can't say it's made a huge difference, but I think it has helped somewhat, our coach seems to more easily return to and hold straight line driving. I don't notice any additional resistance during turning.

Here's their link: https://supersteerparts.com/product/...assis/ifs-114/
