Has anyone ever adjusted the tension on the slide topper? The fabric on our driver's side front slide begins retracting but stops after about 8 inches and just bunches up. I don't know how long this has been happening but I happened to catch it this morning as DH was pulling in the slide.

You probably have a broken spring on one end. Take it down to have it fixed or take it to a shop for repair.

It's daylight now . . . if this helps with advise, it's a "Brustor" slide topper.

Sorry, can't help with this one. If it was a Zip Dee, no problem. You might go to the Yahoo groups Country Coach forum, lots of knowledge there.
