Something running...?

I noticed something running in my '99 Affiniity just sitting with shore power disconnected. The sound is coming from near the sewer clean out area or just forward of it. On the inside, it is between the shower and the kitchen area (driver side of the coach). The fridge is running on gas and its on the passenger side. Everything is off as far as I know. Any ideas?

We have a 04 Essex with Hydro-Hot system and in water cabinet there is a thermostat to set water cabinet temp. and if not set below out side temp. the fan will run. Set the temp. for 30 degrees and the fan will shut off.

Well I found it... Feel kind of silly; it was the water pump! Ran constantly for three days. Hope it's ok.
