Splendide combo unit questions

I have a 2007 CC Intrigue. It has the combo washer/dryer unit. (all in one) I am learning how to use the unit and have learned a lot all ready. One thing I don't understand. I normally wash and dry a load and take the clothes I don't want to wrinkle out after the 50 minute dry time is over on Permanent press with washer set on low spin. I then reset the load to 30 minutes on delicate or permanent press in the dryer mode only, to dry the rest of the itmes. When I take whats left out of the machine either at the end of the 30 minutes or stop it half way through, the clothes are so hot I can barely touch them. Is there a way to set the heat on the dryer? Thanks

Yes the heat is somewhat controllable, depending on how you set the controls within the parameters of the wash cycle you select. When you stop the dry cycle clothes will be hot, it has a cool-down cycle near the ending time.
Even though we use ours all the time we are traveling, we still have to re-read the owners manual often.
