Suspension bushing noise/replacement
My coach emits an intermittent grunt or groan when I hit dips in the road. If it is raining or wet it is quiet but when dry, it makes the noise. I periodically spray the sway bar bushings up front with RuGlyde and what I can reach in the rear and the sound goes away for a short time.
So, I'm guessing the rubber suspension bushings are dry and cracked. I've read where some folks suggest new urethane bushings and brackets with zerk fittings for the front sway bar. I can replace those myself but not sure what is available for the rear suspension and certainly don't think that is a DIY job.
I've also read where some folks use Energy Suspension for replacement stuff.
Has anyone had this done or done it themselves or otherwise shed any light on this issue? The most loud grunts come from the rear of the coach.
