TriMark e-ASK module?

Need to find the module so I can reset it to factory codes but first I have to locate it. My hearing is very poor so I can't hear and beeps from the unit itself.
Is it beside the pass seat or in the door itself?

'09 Magna for those that don't see my sig lines.

Mr. D:

Mine is located in the compartment under the drivers feet in the middle of the right wall near the door frame of the compartment. It has a bunch of small wires hanging off of it including a small push button switch to initiate the reset process.

I was kind of hoping it wasn't there, but it probably is. Now to see how to get the door panel off.

Yep, in the door. Easy to find as OMC worked on the wiring and didn't put the panel back correctly. That's a third strike against them.

Pulled to door the rest of the way apart and found that the yellow wire that needs to be grounded has been cut and spliced. The control module itself is in the electrical bay under the drivers feet as rvmaybe posted. Now to figure out what next since I can't hear any of the beep, boops etc that I'm supposed to get when programming it. Using the factory default buttons for the authority code don't seem to do anything either.
