I figured I better choose the CC forum to ask this question. According to Rodger Burke it may be necessary to replace the Low Temperature Cutoff thermostat which is located at the rear of the Hydro Hot Unit. Country Coach designers chose to put the propane tank and the Hydro Hot unit in the same bay back to back. There is a small access door (*About 10”x10”) from the bay next door but there is not enough room to access the stat. I could possibly move the unit forward about 10 inches or
so and possibly be able to reach and remove the stat

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it?

Another question would be the location of the under floor bay heating thermostat. The reason I ask is due to the fact that when I turn off the primary thermostat one heating zone and one pump remains on for about 20 minutes or so and then shuts down. From what I have read this tells me that a zone thermostat is calling for heat but I have no idea (Other that the water and sewer service bay) where it may be located. I have not removed any plastic in the plumbing bay but it is not in sight on the surface.

I was hoping that someone who has a CC might be able to point me in the right direction

The coach is a 2007 Country Coach “Da Vinci” Inspire 40’

Thanks In Advance for any help

Dick

Bigd2,

Sorry I can't answer your questions as mine is an 05 with standard furnace but there is a wealth of info on Country Coach at:
autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Country-Coach-Owners
also with a HydraLift and Harley Ultra

Thanks, there sure is a bunch of info there. This should keep me busy
until we head south for the winter.

How do you like your HydraLift? Just as a heads up there is a small
valve on top of the pump that is part of a recall. Get in touch with
their office
