Washer/dryer plumbing in 2000 Country Coach Allure

Does anyone happen to know if Country Coach installed the plumbing at the manufacturer for the washer/dryer in the event they did not include the washer/dryer at time of sale? I'm wondering if it can be installed after market without having to provide the plumbing.

The faucets, drain pipes, and spot for dryer vent should be in plain sight. You might need to move a small panel to see the faucets

Washer/dryer plumbing

Inside the closet there is a carpeting wallboard, do you mean the faucets and plumbing would be behind that?
